Fall 2022 Shabbat Protocol
During the Fall 2022 semester, Hillel Milwaukee will host weekly Shabbat gatherings and provide Shabbat dinner in-person for all students, as well as Shabbat Shalom @ Home once a month. These Shabbat celebrations will take place in-person.
If you will be joining Hillel Milwaukee for Shabbat, please use this form to RSVP.
All meal requests are due by 8 pm on the Tuesday prior to Shabbat. You will not be guaranteed a meal if you RSVP after the deadline.
Each week, Shabbat services/programs will begin at 5 pm. Transportation is available for students that attend schools other than UW-Milwaukee. If you need transportation to Shabbat services or are unable to pick up your meal during this time frame, please contact Anna Goldstein at anna@hillelmke.org or call/text 224-330-7663 before Thursday at 8 pm.
In adherence with current Hillel Milwaukee COVID-19 protocols, all guests attending Shabbat services or programs will be asked to sign-in digitally for contact tracing and vaccination status will be requested, but not required. Guests will be asked to self-attest to their vaccination status.
Guests that are experiencing any COVID-19 like symptoms will be asked to stay home.
Shabbat dates will be updated on the form on a monthly basis. You will receive a reminder email regarding Shabbat meal pick-up for the weeks you sign-up.
